Maria's AI brain is built not to depend on a single server: a second instance — sovereign too — can take over if the first goes silent. The guarantee is written into the code, not into a promise: by design, a host outside the European Union cannot enter this backup chain. The architecture ships today; we're bringing the second instance online and will tell you when it's running.
In all honesty: Domaria is in pilot phase — going to production comes with the matching audits and compliance documents, and we show them rather than promise them.

“Protectionist” means protective: of you, of your data, and of the clients who trust you. Protective laws aren't a constraint we endure — they're our specification. The proof is already in Domaria, not in a brochure.
GDPR by design
Every agency is isolated, verified by blocking tests. The right to erasure is REAL: when you delete your space, your data is physically destroyed (and we tell you honestly about the 90-day technical backups). Minimisation everywhere: we keep only the essential.
Fair AI (EU AI Act)
Maria always states she is an AI, and if asked “are you human?” she tells the truth. A “talk to a human” button is always available. No systematic recording of conversations. Sensitive analyses pass an impact assessment before they exist.
Your data sovereignty
Maria's brain runs locally or in the European Union — your data does not go to a US API. An agent's knowledge stays with that agent: nothing is pooled without your consent. Cross-agency comparisons are anonymous by design.
Commercial fairness
A price is always computed by a deterministic engine, never invented by the AI. Cancellation is honest: a cancellable grace period, a deletion said and done. And any new version of our terms is ACCEPTED before we deliver anything new to you — never imposed in silence.
