Recent processing (GDPR transparency)
For transparency (GDPR Articles 13-14), here are the data categories recently processed. The final legal bases and retention periods are under legal review.
- Audio data
- Purpose: transcribe and correct voice exchanges. Legal basis: performance of the B2B contract for the professional; pre-contractual steps for the caller (with mandatory AI notice). Private individuals' voices are pseudonymised (transformed), the original destroyed. Retained for the duration of the client relationship (provisional cap of 12 months), deletion on request.
- Property photos & videos
- Purpose: illustrate properties and products. Objects/products only — no people. Location metadata (EXIF) is stripped before storage. Legal basis: performance of the contract. Retention: as long as the property exists; keeping originals is the user's choice.
- Access to device sensors
- Microphone, camera and speaker are only accessible after your explicit permission (browser permission), revocable at any time. No background capture.
- Security & retention
- Encrypted storage at rest, isolated per agency (multi-tenant isolation), access via short-lived signed links. Hosting in the European Union is intended. Right to erasure available. The full list of sub-processors is set out in our data processing agreement (DPA).
