Recent processing (draft clauses)

Domaria evolves quickly. In plain language, here is the processing recently added. The final contractual text is being drafted with our counsel.

Voice assistance & audio replay

Maria can transcribe your dictations and debriefs. A replayable audio recording is kept to correct transcription errors — never to identify you by voice (no biometrics). A professional's voice is kept; a private individual's voice is transformed to mask its signature, and the original is destroyed. You can delete it at any time.

Camera & professional media

You can photograph or import media illustrating your properties and products. Strict rule: professional images of objects only — do not film any person. Photos of people are not supported at this stage. You warrant that you hold the rights to the images you import.

Device permissions

The microphone, camera and speaker are only activated with your explicit permission, revocable at any time. A "Senses & devices" panel shows the status of each permission. Maria honestly states what she can perceive: she only listens, sees and speaks through the sensors you have authorised.

Storage & retention

Your audio and media are stored encrypted, isolated per agency, and served through short-lived links (5 minutes maximum) — never a public address. They are kept as long as needed for their purpose, then purged. You may request their erasure.
